The carrier linked to the module does not appear

The means of transport can be disabled by Prestashop, if the module does not appear when it is not related to the module (or you checked display an explanatory message if the carrier is not available) check :

• the carrier is enabled
• that the carrier is associated with the default group of the customer
• the carrier is associated with the country of the address of the customer
• that price slices or weights slices exist for the carrier
• that prices are indicated for the slices of the carrier (save the rates even if it’s 0)
