What is an external reservation?

External reservations allow you to create a reservation without having an associated order, anyway you can indicate the customer’s name, an amount and a delivery and payment method, but you don’t have to enter the customer’s address and contact details.
This feature is particularly useful for making reservations by phone or on site.
