NEW V5: A mobile app allows you to check reservations

• Reservations are cached so that you can work in an offline zone
• The app allows you to validate, assign or comment on a reservation. As well as Check-In / Out
• It is possible to scan QR codes to quickly view/check reservations
• Reservations are checked against the start or end of the reservation at the time of scanning and Check-In / Out can be done automatically in this case

A reservation planning is displayed on product page and shows availables periods

• The price of the reservation is displayed directly on the schedule depending on the duration
• Choose the type of calendar displayed: by day, week, two weeks, month, quarter, year
• After adding the product to the cart, the reservation of each product is displayed independently
• A widget let select the desired reservation dates for all products

The customer can only choose a reservation depending on availabilities

• Offer the choice of a time slot, a day, a week, or month to the customer
• Availability are calculated automatically based on the amount of product you have and the reservations already made
• Reservations are validated according to the status of the order

Fine optimization of time by time slot, day, week or month

• Define your slots per day according to your needs, per minutes, per hour or per half day and more
• Choose exactly how the reservation planning begins, how long it lasts
• The minimum and maximum duration of a reservation is configurable, choose whether to run for the weekend or unavailabilities
• Manage periods of availability or unavailability of each of your products

Set rules for price reduction, increase or flat rate

• Set prices rules per product depending on : the duration, time slots and days of the week or between certain dates
• You can show some price rules as discount in calendar and order details
• It is possible to offer the reservation during the weekend or holidays
• A deposit can be added when a reservation is in the cart
• You can let the customer to pay only an advance on booking amount

The seller has a view of bookings through a calendar by month or week

• A panel allows you to list all the reservations of the day by product and time slot
• You can filter the display by time slot, by product or order status
• The occupancy rate is displayed per a day or per time slot. An overview of the week let you see all the reservations for a look
• Reservations can be rescheduled, or validated by hand.
• Reservations are visible in order administration and in delivery slip

Complete booking process

• It is possible to quickly reschedule the end of the reservation from the order detail
• A verification feature (check-in/out) allows you to record the real date of departure and end
• The order confirmation page displays a QR code per reservation (grouped by period) which will allow you to check the reservations
• A history of the reservation lists all the modifications, assignments, validation etc.

Full Prestashop integration from cart details to the order confirmation e-mail

• The module requires no code changes, only write access to the override folder
• You can choose the product category that will be reserved and sell other without impact
• It is possible to ignore address confirmation and customer selection steps in order process
• The customer can see their reservations in order details from his customer account and in PDF invoice

Easily Import/export your reservations

• Imported reservations are taken into account in calculating the availability of products
• Automaticaly import iCalendar feed from tripadvisor, booking, AirBnb or homeAway. You can also publish reservations from your shop to theses platforms
